Cavour-style frog legs

Ingredients | - 600 gr frog legs - 40 gr green onion - 5 gr garlic - 40 gr celery - 25 gr pine nuts - 5 gr chervil - 10 gr basil - 5 gr parsley - 20 gr walnuts - 100 gr peas - 25 gr butter - 20 gr leek - salt, pepper and oil |
Method
Cook the frog legs together with the green onion, the garlic and celery.Prepare a cream with the pine nuts, the chervil, the basil, the parsley, the walnuts
and olive oil and add it to the frogs. Once ready add the peas which you will have
previously cooked in a pan with the grinded leek.
