It was the old parish church until the XVI century when the village stretched on the hill. Today only the cemetery survived around it. Of Romanesque origin, it still keeps its original structure. The façade is saddleback-style and the belfry stands on the oratory right edge. The long nave ends with a semicircular apse. The interior is considered precious due to its frescoes of great historical and artistic importance dating back to the XV century. The Christ Pantocrator in mandorla is depicted in the apse conch surrounded by the four Evangelists. Below one can see the Apostles, though two figures are missing, since they were removed in 1975 after the opening of two single-lancet windows of the original Romanesque structure. The rarest paintings are in the lower register of the apse; ten panels separated by a tree, representing “the cycle of the months”. The months go from April to January depicting the activities bound to the peasants’ world. Of particular elegance is the figure of the noble hunting with his falcon on the horseback of his warhorse .
