Today, it is situated inside the cemetery of Sologno. It comes out from papers of the 14th century it was one of the chapels depending on the parish church of Dulzago, together with those of Saint Salvatore, Saint Lupo of Caltignaga and Saint Lorenzo of Alzate di Momo, The building keeps the original structure, with the slightly trapezoidal nave, covered with a tiled roof and supported by four wooden roof trusses. The façade has a shape of saddleback and the apse is semi-circular. The inside walls are richly decorated with 15th-century wall-paintings attributed to Giovanni and Luca de Campo, well-known painters all over the area of Novara and Valsesia. The apsidal dome is subdivided into three registers; in the upper one Christ-Pantocrator is represented with the symbols of the evangelists. On both sides, the titular saints are depicted like two smart young men dressed according to the gothic style of that period. The second register shows wall-painted apostles holding a book with their name and a sentence of Credo. The third register keeps the works of mercy.
